Elaine Bloor is a registered and licensed member of the ICB. EB Ledgers was founded in 2017 and incorporated in 2024. Elaine is approachable, helpful and supportive. Elaine comes from a secretarial background and is on a continual professional development programme to keep pace with technology and legislation. At the core of our business is integrity and fairness.
